Support and service is what makes
a product a solution.
From initial consulting to set-up and training, the CaptivCast™team works with you to be sure you get the best possible functionality and benefit from your CaptivCast™ system.
Set-up and Configuration – Because the initial configuration of a multi-screen, networked system is complex, we provide the initial configuration to ensure that configuration and set-up is performed optimally, which helps to guarantee long-term reliability.
Cabling – The CaptivCast™ multi-media content management system requires network access cabling set-up. Additionally, cabling that supports more than one display system may be required for CaptivCast™ nodes. Our CaptivCast™ team can assist you with recommendations and requirements for extending your video cabling.
Hardware Installation – We provide all necessary specifications and dimensions for the CPUs provided by CaptivCast.com™ for the CaptivCast™ nodes. Display screens can be purchased through CaptivCast.com™, or they may be optionally purchased by you. Brand and model selection is the responsibility of the purchaser and specifications will need to be obtained through the screen manufacturer.
All third party hardware must be installed prior to installation of the CaptivCast™ CPU. The standard CaptivCast™ offering provides the CPU and necessary software, however, the cabling, plasma/LCD mounting, encasement design and installation for video walls, etc. must be provided by 3 rd parties.
Training – As a part of the configuration process, we provide and in-depth four hour training session for up to three key staff members on the software.
Support – As well as ensuring that each system is allowed access to the network initially, ongoing on site and/or additional support services area vailable.
Content Creation - (Content Pacs) cutting -edge, dynamic content, tailor made to the client’s specific needs as an aftermarket service.
