CaptivCast™ Digital Signage Software Support & Warranty

All current CaptivCast™ digital signage software that is hosted is under warranty for a year. Support is included with paid hosting.

Outright purchase solution provides 90 days support with the option to purchase an annual support agreement. We encourage all clients to purchase an annual support agreement. Provided that the agreement is current, support will be included.

• Ongoing support as long as you are a current hosted client or under an annual support agreement for an outright purchase

• All of our Captivcast™ player hardware comes with a one year replacement warranty. CaptivCast™ digital signage LCD displays are under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• 1 year warranty for parts and labor
• Factory warranty for digital signage LCD displays
